I'm ready to become a client. What should I do next? 

Simply book a free 30 minute discovery call to go through the plans and options to suit you. Alternatively, you  can also go straight to my form page and fill out all of your information and then I'll be in touch to sort out your payment plan. 

How long will it take to see results?

Everyone’s level of progress is individual and as all programmes are custom-made to suit each person, but we usually start to notice visible improvements after three to four weeks of following the programme.

Do I need gym equipment for the coaching programs?

We recommend having access to a gym, however, upon request, we can tailor the programme to accommodate home workouts.

How do I know if coaching is for me?

If you’d like to elevate your life whilst strengthening your body and mind, we would say that coaching is definitely for you! Coaching is also a great tool if you struggle with accountability and need some extra support but with compassion.

What if I've worked out before?

The programmes are completely custom-made for your goals so just let us know what level your training knowledge is at and we can tailor your programme to suit this.

How often do we interact?

You’ll interact with your coach Laura at your 1:1 check-in which is weekly. Laura offers WhatsApp/Email support at other times and endeavours to reply to all communication as quickly as possible.

Can I follow the program if I have dietary restrictions?

Yes! All meal-plans are custom made and can therefore be made to suit dietary requirements. Please note advance notice at time of plan purchase will be required.

What if I've never worked out before?

Yes, the plan is super simple to follow and suitable for all levels of experience.

Are the programmes available across the globe?

Yes! Absolutely; we work with clients worldwide.
