Health and fitness have always been a passion of mine, and even with a demanding career, I made it a priority to incorporate training into
my daily routine.

Fast forward to today—15 months later—I’ve lost 25 kilos (55 pounds), but more importantly, I’ve regained control of my lifestyle and mindset.
