I’m Laura Becker, and I’m so excited to share my journey with you.

Health and fitness have always been a passion of mine, and even with a demanding career, I made it a priority to incorporate training into my daily routine.

During the lockdown, I took that passion to the next level, dedicating myself to home workouts and becoming a personal trainer.

But like many, when life returned to its fast pace, I found myself struggling to balance the gym with my corporate job. In just two years, I gained 20 kilos, and one day, looked in the mirror and barely recognised
the person staring back at me.


That was my turning point.
In 2023, I stepped back into the gym with a clear goal
—to reclaim my identity and transform my life.

Fast forward to today—2 years later...

I’ve lost 28 kilos (61 pounds), but more importantly, I’ve regained control of my lifestyle and mindset.

After experiencing my own transformation and witnessing the profound impact it had on my life, I knew I wanted to help others achieve the same.
I’ve been where you are. I’ve faced the challenges, experienced the ups and downs, and know exactly what it’s like to struggle with fitness goals and all of the conflicting advice out there.

My mission is to help you achieve the transformation you deserve, with compassion, understanding, and a plan tailored to you
